Our instructors are Real Estate Specialist with many years of experience in the industry and understands the needs of students. Please note: All courses must be COMPLETED AND REPORTED to the Florida Real Estate Commission, PRIOR to your license expiration date. Please allow ample time for course completion and reporting to the state at least 7-10 business day prior your expiration to pass and finished your 45 hrs., otherwise your license could go on inactive status or null and void. South Florid School of Real Estate is not responsible for any late of completion.
Continuing Education and License Renewal Date: 3/31 and 9/30 every two years. The date you renew depends on when you initially took your licensing exam.
